Ingredients:
1 cup of beer
1 egg (for heavier batters)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 1/2 cup plain flour

Method:
Coat fish fillets in batter and cook as desired.
